Jadinah Gustave
Born and raised in Miami, Florida a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Jadinah graduated from North Miami Senior High School’s International Baccalaureate program; received a bachelor’s in Political Science from University of South Florida (Go Bulls); and her Juris Doctorate from Regent school of law in Virginia Beach, Virginia, “Where law is more than a profession. It’s a calling.” Jadinah was motivated to attend Regent school of law because of its biblical integrated curriculum. In law school, among other things Jadinah was Chair of the Black Law Students Association; was on the Executive Board and competition team of Trial Advocacy Board; was a Regent Tutor where they mentored and tutored incarcerated juveniles in Norfolk Virginia.
After law school, God was with her through her preparation and testing, allowing her to pass the Florida bar, marry her “Boaz”, and begin her career in the legal profession. Upon returning home she was also blessed to be officially selected to lead Prestigious Ladies, the young ladies’ ministry in her home church Miami Deliverance Church of the Nazarene. In the ministry we provide a biblical and holistic perspective of real-life experiences through meetings, fasting, prayer and providing access to entrepreneurial launching tools. As a ministry leader, she embarked on the idea that it is essential Prestigious Ladies focus on four main principles of health: Spiritual, Social, Educational, and Physical.
She has obtained legal experience through Internships, externships, and employment with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office; the United States Attorney’s in Tampa; Federal Trade Commission, Division of Advertising Practices, in Washington, D.C.; worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward county before founding and managing The Sejour-Gustave Law Firm PLLC, where they “Establish, Maintain, & Protect Businesses and Families” ™ practicing in the areas of Business, Estate Planning and Family Law.
Her Community involvement includes serving as Vice-President/Director of Beautiful Beauties of Tomorrow, Inc., mentorship program, “Transforming GIRLS of today into QUEENS of tomorrow.” She also serves as Legal Relations director: Sistahs’ CaNect, Inc., where she provides legal counsel and Attend middle and high schools to speak to young girls about the law and how to prevent getting into bad relationships and negative legal situations. She is proud to Serve as Chair of her church’s Legal department while also, leading the Prestigious Ladies Ministry providing a biblical and holistic perspective and real-life experiences through talk sessions, fasts, prayers and providing access to entrepreneurial launching tools. Jadinah lives by the scripture James 1:19-20 “My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, 20 because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.”

Regine Janvier
I have always had a strong desire to serve and give back—in particular, helping guide young
women who not only come from similar backgrounds as myself, but have drive and motivation but may
not know how to break through the inevitable barriers in their path. As you can see from my resume and
life experiences, I have over 10 years of experience in Business Operations, Marketing, and Human
Resources, including a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a master’s degree in Human
Resource Management. The combination of education and real-life experiences has enabled me the
opportunity to gain success and to continue the journey to grow both in the business world and in the
classroom atmosphere. Having 10+ years of corporate experience, ultimately reaching the executive
level, has equipped me with a bevy of unique skills that can be passed down to future generations.
I believe that my perspective as a woman of color who has worked and excelled in corporate
environments, combined with my concrete business experience, education and life experiences, will
help facilitate young women to learn how to effectively interact in the work and how to personally be
well-rounded individuals. I have a strong affinity to non-profit organizations like Beautiful Beauties that
pour life knowledge and guidance into the next generation of women. I hope that I can serve as a vital
partner and effective demonstrator of Beautiful Beauties’ mission of helping young girls discover their
true beauty, build their self-confidence and cultivate their inner greatness to help transform the world
around them.
I look forward to joining the board of director and helping in all capacities.

Soraya Papayoute
Soraya was born in Trenton, New Jersey to Haitian Immigrant parents in the year of 1990. Her parents came to the United States as dreamers of a life filled with abundance rather than survival. From a young age, she was taught to have a servant’s heart and grew a passion for helping others. She states, “My parents always had set expectations of me to make difference in the world. Since I was a little girl, I have always had a heart to help others become the best version of themselves and I firmly believe that is my purpose.”
Her passion became her purpose when she graduated from Barry University with a Master of Social Work. She has worked in different systems of care such as DCF homelessness and mental health. She is a modern-day hero as she currently works as a Clinical Therapist with adolescents in Foster Care. She is passionate about helping young girls become healthy and well-equipped women for the future. She understands that it takes a village and she is honored to do her part.
Soraya serves with BBOT as a board member in charge of provide materials and curriculum for the girls, their parents and mentor surrounding mental health. She believes that every young every young queen should be educated about mental health and equipped with tools on how to remain healthy while navigating through life.
Jeanette-Rose' Morris
Jeanette-Rose` Morris is a creative and dedicated professional with over 10 years in marketing and communications, in hospitality and corporate environments. Specializing in creating memorable targeted marketing campaigns.
Her marketing career began in 2007, at Pangaea nightclub and then later Spirits nightclub, both at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. During her time working in the nightlife entertainment industry, she honed her event planning and public relations skills. She planned weekly events, drawing hundreds of party-goers, and fostered relationships with local and national media.
In 2011, Jeanette-Rose` did a 180 and set her sights on corporate marketing which is where she is currently. She utilizes her digital marketing expertise for an award-winning business process outsourcer, that partners with many Fortune 500 clients. As the Senior Manager of Partner Marketing at Arise Virtual Solutions she manages the marketing budget and a team of remote creatives, provides creative direction, implements integrated digital marketing campaigns and oversees social media strategy.
An alumna of Florida International University, located in Miami, FL., Jeanette-Rose` obtained her B.S. in Communications and a M.B.A. in Marketing. She has since further developed her craft by obtaining certifications in Facebook Marketing, Instagram Marketing, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Always one to give back to the community; she has helped to build homes through Habitat for Humanity. She also served as Project Manager of the Women in Distress of Broward County Fall Fest Halloween Drive, which provided Halloween costumes for children who resided at the shelter, as well as those who utilize their outreach services. She currently serves as Head of Marketing Communications for a nonprofit that mentors young ladies.
